This is a habeas corpus proceeding, commenced by respondent, the natural father of David Laurence Blankenship, a male minor child, 10 years of age, to obtain custody of the child from appellants, the child's maternal grandparents. At the Conclusion of a hearing the trial court entered judgment sustaining and adjudging permanent a writ of habeas corpus theretofore issued and awarded custody of the minor to respondent father. Appellants have appealed from the judgment. Essentially, their assignments of error question the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the findings and judgment.
